Exercise classes dedicated to mastering your foundational patterns of movement so that you can do the activities you want in life without creating injuries or strains.

In this class you will learn to exercise the right way:

  • Master the “Big 6” patterns of movement

  • Build bulletproof Core Integrity

  • Perform Locomotion the right way

  • Improve Balance and Spatial Coordination

We are currently running classes online 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. Recordings are posted daily for you to follow.
